Usage Terms

PIGEON is an internal Amazon tool for P3P category appointment management. By using this platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for authorized business purposes
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Report any security concerns to the admin team immediately
• Provide accurate information when creating appointments

Data Handling

All data entered is stored in Amazon's secure AWS infrastructure (Aurora PostgreSQL, ap-south-1 region). Data is:

• Encrypted at rest and in transit
• Backed up daily with 7-day retention
• Accessible only to authorized users based on their role
• Not shared with external parties

Data Retention

Appointment data is retained for 12 months after creation. Activity logs are retained for 90 days. Feedback is retained indefinitely for product improvement.
